Arina Avdeeva has started her career at Leo Burnett Moscow and continued her work at THEY Amsterdam, Duval Guillaume Brussels and finally Friends Moscow - her own agency, which rose to third place in the overall rating of Russian creative agencies of the last year, and also became an exclusive creative partner Droga5 New York in Russia. Arina has won more than 200 awards at Russian and international advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions, One Show, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, Eurobest, Epica, ADCR, Red Apple, IDEA, KIAF and White Square; she was a member of the jury of the One Show, Clio, Golden Drum, LIAF, ADCR and White Square and IDEA festivals. Arina also founded (and continues to supervise) a course of conceptual thinking - mads, now widely known in the Russian advertising industry.
