Ksenia Moiseeva is the Director of Special Projects Department at Independent Media Holding.

Ksenia has more than 10 years of experience in creative and special projects. Before joining Independent Media Holding, she worked at such large and notable agencies as Mindshare, BBDO, RTA and TMMG, and since 2023 Ksenia has served as Director of Special Projects at Independent Media Holding.

 Ksenia manages strategic and tactical work of the Special Projects Department of Independent Media Holding (brands: VOICE, TechInsider, Men Today, Grazia, RR, The Symbol, Novyi Ochag), develops long-term partnerships and strategies with brand advertisers and ensures the implementation of a full cycle of creative products of different types and classes, and new formats. Ksenia is also responsible for increasing the turnover and net profit of the company in terms of special projects, controls efficiency and forms effective structures of the special projects department to achieve the necessary quality results.

Ksenia has been a speaker at various forums and festivals such as the National Advertising Forum and the International Outdoor Advertising Congress and was a member of the juries of the Media Award Apostol and MIXX Russia, where she presented the Grand Prix. In addition, Xenia is the winner of 16 industry awards, such as Effie, Silver Mercury, Red Apple, Grand Awards and others, and in 2021 Ksenia was ranked 1st in the independent rating of RACA.
