Elena is an expert with 20 years of experience in strategic planning. She has held senior positions in the Russian offices of global network agencies such as BBDO Moscow, McCann Moscow, Ogilvy Group Russia, and RAPP Collins Limited.
She has developed integrated advertising campaigns for Sberbank, Coca-Cola, Beeline, Nestle, Alfa Bank, Gazpromneft, Mastercard, Tele2, Baltika, and others. She participated in the development of strategic projects for the launch of new brands and the adaptation of international brand concepts to the Russian market.
For three years, she worked in the marketing department of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh, including serving as the Head of the Marketing Department. She was responsible for updating the brand positioning, preparing and realizing the 100th anniversary of the company, and rebranding the network.
Since 2023, she has held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at SberMarketing's creative agency. Her role in the agency's team is to strengthen strategic expertise and plan campaigns for key clients.
Elena has been a multiple gold, silver, and bronze Effie winner with Tele2 and L'Oréal cases, as well as a EuroEffie winner.
