Juan's responsibilities include integrating BBDO's global methodologies into all client strategies and improving teamwork by implementing PepsiCo's Shared Relationship Planning system. Juan also leads brand positioning and strategy for Tortrix, Quezalteca, Venado, Pollo Campero and other brands, developing these brands for sustainable market leadership and driving innovative client engagement.
He has twice won the Cannes Lions award for his work and has also been a jury member in awards such as the Effie LATAM.
