Ciro Ribeiro Rocha is a Brazilian strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of Enredo Brand Innovation, a consultancy that transforms brands, businesses, and spaces through a proprietary methodology integrating strategy, culture, experience, and design.

Over the past 15 years, he has led impactful projects across Latin America and Europe, serving clients from family businesses to global corporations including Saint-Gobain, Shinagawa Refractories, Iconic Lubricants, ABInbev, Eurochem, Lar Cooperativa, UPL, and Magalu Cloud. He directs the company while directing brand strategy projects, a position he has held for 13 years. Previously, he worked at P&G and C.OR Inovação.

Ciro is an MBA professor for Branding at UFG/Brazil, was Regional Director of ABEDESIGN, President of the Customer Service Excellence Committee at AMCHAM Brasil, and Advisory Board Member of ACIEG (Commercial and Industrial Association of Goiás, Brazil). He is also a partner and board advisor in ventures across hospitality, autonomous drone technology, and business investments.

Named Brazilian Design Professional of the Year (2023), he is a frequent juror at international awards including Young Lions (central asia), Red Apple (President of the jury), WINA Awards, White Square, Brazil Design Award, ABRE Brazil de Embalagem, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Lusófonos da Criatividade, FePI, and Lisbon Award. He has also won international awards such as iF Design Award, White Square, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, FePi, and Lusófonos.

A global speaker, he has presented at SPIEF (Russia) – "What will remain human after AI?", White Square Marketing Days (Belarus) – "More Human than Ever", Red Apple (Russia) – "From Bricks to Brand: a bolder future through innovation", and AAA Summit (Brazil): "Brand Innovation: growing business by building value to the brand". He speaks on the intersection of technology, soul, and transformation, believing that strategy is about unlocking human and systemic potential.
