How to fill in the application form?
To fill in the application form, you need to go to the “enter now" on the official website of the contest and authorize, indicating current contacts for communication and filling in the company data.
The application can be submitted in the participant's personal cabinet in the “upload entry” tab by filling out the form, later it will be possible to edit or delete the work in the “my entries” section.
What are the technical requirements for the application?
- The application should be filled in English;
- The application must be accompanied by video case study (in English or with English subtitles) - the video case study should be attached in the format of a link to a video on YouTube or Vimeo, the resolution is preferably 1080p, but not less than 720p, and the duration should be no more than 2 minutes;
- A PDF presentation is preferably attached to the application: no more than 15 slides - aspect ratio 16:9;
- It is prohibited to place the logo or agency name in the work, including in the link, channel name on the video hosting site or in the file name. Works that violate this rule will be disqualified.
What kind of discounts are available at the festival?
The festival only offers discounts based on the number of entries submitted.
- from 3 applications - 7% discount
- from 5 applications - 10% discount
- from 10 applications - 15% discount
- from 20 applications - 20% discount
Discounts are not available in the last period.
Can I submit one project to more than one category?
Yes, a project can be submitted to an unlimited number of subcategories of the competition. (please notice that when submitting a work in a category with division into sectors, it is possible to submit a work to only one sector)
When you submit works to different categories, we recommend that you fill out each application separately, adapting the text blocks to the specifics and criteria of the category.
At the same time, submission to each category is paid as a separate application.
How can I get an invoice?
After the work submission, the festival managers send feedback on the application and invoice for payment to the e-mail provided in the personal account.
Please note that the correctness of the invoice depends on the data you fill in in your personal cabinet.
What is the final deadline for submitting work?
The deadline for submitting entries is September 20, 2024.
Is it possible to edit the application after payment?
Yes, the ability to edit an entry will remain available until the contest submission period ends on September 20, 2024.
Who can participate in Young Creators?
Participation in the competition can be taken individually or as part of a team of up to three people. The age limit for participants is 27 years old (inclusive)
What kind of work is being entered into the Young Creators competition?
The category includes two briefs from partners, participants choose one of the offered briefs and prepare it for realization
The work can be submitted in the format of a board or a video case.
What kind of work is allowed to participate in the festival?
The festival is open to works realized between January 1, 2023 and September 1, 2024, but which have not previously participated in Red Apple.
Who can participate in the festival?
The festival is open to advertising agencies, design studios, inhouse agencies, brands and media.
