Born and educated in Hong Kong, Kitty majored in Communication at the Baptist University and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Advertising from Syracuse University, New York. Kitty started at Leo Burnett Hong Kong as copywriter. In 2006, Kitty joined LOWE China as Chairman and CEO.

Kitty is one of the most awarded and respected advertising professionals in Greater China. She chaired and judged at award shows in Greater China, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, New York, Russia and Canada. 

In 2003 Kitty published her book “Advertising With No Lipstick” providing an in-depth insight on her unique philosophy on advertising and on life.

In 2005, Kitty was named top 10 Creative Directors of the Year and top 10 Distinguished Advertising Women of the Year.  In 2011, Kitty was the organizer and host of the Cannes Lions forum “Beyond Mad Man: Towards Gender Balance in Creative Roles”. 

She led her agency to win a gold, a silver and two bronzes in the 2014 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. She and her team also won over 80  gold, silver and bronze awards locally and globally.
