Ujaya has over two decades of experience in the field of strategic 360-degree communication, branding and social communication development. He has developed and implemented successful advertising campaigns, media & PR strategies and BCC programs in public health and social issues.
He spearheads one of the most awarded communication group based in Kathmandu, which reinvented brand marketing in Nepal.
Experience in leading marketing communications and brand management for diverse industries, which includes some of the largest FMCG brands, financial & insurance products, consumer durables, automobiles, telecommunication and development sector projects. Have assisted several global brands to successfully launched in Nepal.
Winner of the prestigious Flame Leadership Award 2018 from Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI).
His first book, "Brandsutra" on branding & advertising was published in the year 2015 He is regularly invited as a jury member & speakers for advertising & brand awards across the region. He is also a regular columnist for global publications on topics related to Nepal advertising.
