Victoria has over 20 years experience in FMCG marketing. She has worked in-house for category-leading corporations such as JTI and Nestle, and as an independent marketing consultant.
Created from scratch a digital acquisition and retention channel for JTI's flagship brands, which led to a digital marketing transformation and provided Winston, LD, Camel and other brands with a direct connection to consumers in the context of severe market restrictions.
At Nestle, she developed and implemented communication strategies for the following business categories: coffee (Nescafe brand), confectionery (KitKat, BonPari), pet food (Purina, Felix) and others.

In the "Kukhnya bez granits" Group, Victoria is responsible for the transformation and development of the brand portfolio based on a customer-centric approach, including the development of: consumer segmentation, positioning of key brands, communication and media strategy, packaging redesign.
