Geoff de Burca
Joining MediaCom in 2010 as Strategy Director, Geoff used his previous experience in communications strategy and research to develop behaviour change as his specialism. During his time as Strategy Director, he worked on leading communications strategies for the Home Office, the Money Advice Service, Cancer Research UK, Time to Change and the RSPCA - to name a few.
Five years later, Geoff was promoted to Managing Partner and Head of Strategy. As Head of Strategy, he led MediaCom UK’s team of strategists as well as developing communications strategy for a range of clients including Sky and Tesco. Geoff also remained involved in his specialism of behaviour change by leading the Social Change Hub, MediaCom’s forum for sharing best practice across behaviour change clients.
In 2019 Geoff was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer, where he continues to bring a passion for his team and the work they produce for MediaCom’s clients.
