Alyosha Starodubov
Alyosha is a creative director at BOOTLEG and founder of SAVE AS IT IS.
Graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (but it had no influence on the career development).
In 2008, enrolled in the Wordshop Academy of Communication, and simultaneously, acting as a director, made a series of documentaries about modern choreography for the Kultura channel, with Alla Sigalova as a host. Choosing between directing and working in advertising, he chose the side of BBDO Moscow.
He started his career as junior copywriter in 2010. A year later, he was promoted to art director.
In 2015, he received a “set of various metals”, including The Webby Award and a silver Cannes Lion in the “Branded Content and Entertainment” category for the “Mortal Timeline” social campaign for the Intouch brand. In late 2016, he became creative director of BOOTLEG, which is a member of BBDO Group. In 2019, the agency’s “Recup Arena” plastic waste recycling campaign for the Budweiser brand earned great attention in Russian and international media. The Jury at Cannes Lions 2019 also mentioned this campaign in “Design and Outdoor” categories.
