Jury 2023

Marina is responsible for finding cross-media solutions for the group's clients aimed at improving the efficiency of media investments, as well as developing partnerships with advertisers. 

Marina has been working at Publicis Holding for more than 25 years, and has held leadership positions since 2004. In 2008, she became the Managing director of MediaVest, and then the general director of the agency in Russia, since 2016 she has headed the Starcom Agency. Under her leadership, the agency annually occupied leading positions in the ratings of media agencies and AdIndex and ACAR/Sostav holdings. 

She has repeatedly become a member of the jury of the Effie Russia festival, and in 2018 she was a member of the jury of the Cannes Advertising Festival Media Lions 2018.
