Olga Ermakova
Olga Ermakova is the CEO of Salmon. She effectively combines the qualities of a manager and a creative strategist. She organizes mentor-meetings with entrepreneurs and also speaks at conferences on marketing and branding.
Olga has 19 years of experience in advertising, branding and ATL, in managerial positions in BBDO and TBWA networks. She has won a number of awards in local and international competitions with major international and local brands.
Experience as a jury member: Effie Awards Belarus 2019-2022, local festival LAMA, professional competition Brand of the Year 2019-2022.
In 2021 she was the chairman of the jury for the professional competition Brand of the Year. In 2023, Salmon Graphics advertising agency was ranked 3rd in the creativity rating and 2nd in the efficiency rating in Belarus.
