Daria has more than 20 years of marketing experience in the world's leading consumer goods and electronics companies (Samsung and P&G). She has worked in various global markets, including Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

In 2017, Daria joined McDonald's in Russia as Vice President of Marketing. In this position, Daria was responsible for the development of marketing strategies, digital technologies, as well as the company's menu. After the transformation of the business in Russia, Daria continued to lead the marketing direction in "Vkusno – i tochka", and since October 2022, she is also responsible for the development of delivery in the company.

Daria graduated from Kiev State University with a degree in Psychology in 1995, and also received an MBA from the International Institute of Management in 1997.
