Vladlena Grinenko

Vladlena Grinenko is an expert in marketing communications and creative team management with over 20 years of experience in the telecom, fintech, retail, and e-commerce sectors. At BBDO, she is responsible for the agency’s overall business management, client relationship development, new business, festival initiatives, and the development of the CG & AI studio.

Under her leadership, the agency executes projects for clients such as MTS, OZON, Burger King, Donstroy, and PIK. Vladlena led the MTS account at BBDO for many years, participating in the launch of the brand’s ecosystem and supporting its digital transformation through strategic and creative communication solutions.

She also played a key role in expanding the agency’s capabilities: launching its own video production unit and establishing the CG & AI studio, which has become one of BBDO’s most successful divisions.

The agency’s work has been recognized at leading international festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Golden Drum, One Show, Webby Awards, Effie Russia, ADCE, Epica, and Red Apple.

Vladlena is actively involved in the industry as a speaker and jury member for awards such as D&AD, Effie Russia, Silver Mercury, and E+. In addition to her professional activities, she is pursuing an Executive MBA at SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management and graduated with honors from the Journalism Department at Moscow State University.
