Saymon Medeiros, a young creative talent, has achieved significant recognition early in his career, including winning Cannes Young Lions awards in Germany and the UAE, One Show's Portfolio London, and the prestigious One Show Young Guns competition in 2023. He has also served as a jury member at Cannes Lions, CICLOPE, One Show Miami, Young Guns, Young Lions Dubai, and Dubai Lynx Student.

In his first few years in the MENA region, Saymon made a substantial impact by winning the first-ever Dubai Lynx Grand Prix for Wunderman Thompson and the Saudi Arabian Tourism Authority, helping the country establish a strong creative presence for the first time. He has collaborated with major brands such as Deliveroo, Saudi Tourism, Hyundai, Kia, Coca-Cola, Burger King, McDonald's, and more.

As Creative Director, Saymon contributed to earning the title of Dubai Lynx Independent Agency of the Year in 2023. He also helped the agency gain recognition as The One Show MENA Agency of the Year and Clio MENA Agency of the Year, as well as securing the #6 Independent Agency of the Year at The One Show and D&AD.
