Olalekan Akinyele is an award-winning Creative Director with over 12 years’ cumulative experience in advertising.  He is currently the Creative Director of 7even Interactive, a creative advertising agency in Lagos, Nigeria. He has worked on some global brands like LG, Rolls Royce, Bang & Olufsen, Dunlop, Lucozade, Ribena, Smirnoff, Gordons Gin, Uber, Netflix, Hero, Seamans, 9mobile, Wild Turkey and many others.

He is the founder and lead facilitator of Think Like A Designer. A human development platform where creatives, designers, craftsmen and entrepreneurs are taught how to apply design thinking methodologies to create solutions for people and businesses.

He was a jury at festivals and competitions such as the LAIF Awards, Andy Awards, Loeries Awards and his work has been recognized with a number of awards.
