Ilia Andreev is the Executive Creative Director (ECD) of Cheil Russia, member of Global Creative Council of Cheil Worldwide.

Born and made his first steps in advertising industry in Minsk.

In 2010, joined Proximity Russia, part of BBDO Group, in 2012 he helped the agency and the group to win its first ever Lion. In 2016 Ilia headed Proximity as Creative Director.

Joined Cheil in 2018, where one of his focuses is the 360 creative work for Samsung. Under Ilia’s leadership, Cheil made it to the top of industrial ratings of the country, gaining Digital Agency #1 and Creative Agency #3 titles.

Judged The One Show in 2021.

From time to time, Ilia drops gigs about how to find Big Idea at Universal University.

Once Ilia has rebranded the National Airline with one post on social media.

Ilia believes, when it comes to creativity, AI will never outperform humans.
