In 1994 he started as a designer at the Independent Media publishing house. Two years later, he moved to Publicis agency as an art director, and then joined TBWA in 1998. Roman joined BBDO Moscow in 2000, and in 2003 he headed the creative department of Instinct. Roman has developed advertising campaigns for Alfa-Bank, IKEA, MEGA, Nike, InTouch, Dell, iRu, Pyaterochka, Petelinka, Wrigley, Pepsi, Beeline, MTS, MegaFon, VTB 24 , Audi, AvtoVaz, M.Video, Eldorado, Yandex, Shebekino, Nidan and other major clients. His works were awarded at Cannes Lions, London International Award, Webby, Moscow and Kiev International Advertising Festivals, as well as Epica, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, Idea!, ADCR Russia, D&AD and White Square festivals.
