Pare Kanokkan Rinnachit is a human-centric leader recognized for driving people-led growth in the advertising industry. As Managing Director of Yell Bangkok, she leads the agency as a regional creative hub, delivering ideas and campaigns across eight cities in Asia, guided by her belief that meaningful communications should connect with people while delivering tangible business impact for clients. In 2025, she was honored with the Award for Most Innovative Team Builder of the Year and recognized for Excellence in Women Empowerment Strategy - one of more than 60 local and international awards her team has earned between 2022 and 2026, including 12 Gold, 19 Silver and 28 Bronze honors.

Pare's contribution to the industry extends well beyond her agency role. She has served as a Committee Member of the Advertising Association of Thailand since 2023 and, since 2022, has been Course Director for the YOY x Bangkok University Special Summer Course as well as a speaker and lecturer at Bangkok University. Her jury and speaking experience spans some of the region's and the world's most respected creative competitions, including Spikes Asia, the Adman Awards, the Future Trends Awards, the Gerety Awards — where she served as juror in 2025 and will chair the jury in 2026 - and the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She has also been invited to panel and speak at the Adman Symposium, the People Performance Conference and the Martech Expo.
