Queen became the first-ever Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Nigerian conglomerate Verdis Group, where she built from scratch an effective management system for six business divisions — ranging from property and the agricultural sector to telecoms and logistics. Over seven years working in the oil and gas, banking and advertising sectors, she has established herself as an indispensable adviser to senior executives, capable of transforming bold ideas into sustainable business results.
