Nikolai Chernov heads the Visual Communications Department at the Rambler&Co media holding, where he is responsible for shaping and developing the company’s visual style. His career at the holding spans more than nine years—from project manager at the infographics studio to his current leadership position. Under his leadership, the team develops visual solutions for key national media outlets, including Lenta.ru, Gazeta.ru, Sekret Firmy, Championat, Motor.ru, and Ferra.ru.
Projects involving Nikolai and his team have won more than two dozen professional awards. Among them are the “Golden Site,” “Runet Rating,” Silver Mercury, Tagline, and Graduate Awards. In addition, Nikolai shares his professional expertise at major industry events, speaking at RIW and RIF conferences.
Nikolai is regularly invited to serve on judging panels to evaluate industry projects. His portfolio includes serving on the juries of such competitions and festivals as “Golden Site 2021,” Red Apple 2023, and Silver Mercury 2024.
