Paula Zambrano is a Senior Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi MEA in Dubai, UAE. A native of Bogotá, Colombia, Paula has been working in the Middle East for over three years, specializing in brand identity development, creative concepts, and the visual execution of advertising campaigns. At Saatchi & Saatchi MEA and on previous projects, she has created campaigns for international brands such as Oreo Arabia, Nana Arabia, Volkswagen, Samsung, and KFC.
Paula has won numerous international awards, including the Clio Awards, Dubai Lynx, The One Show, Effie MENA, WARC, Mad Stars, New York Festivals, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, as well as Young Lions awards and shortlistings. Her work has been featured multiple times in industry publications such as Lürzer’s Archive and Ads of the World.
Paula is also actively involved in expert activities, regularly evaluating the work of colleagues around the world. She has served as a judge at Red Apple 2024, Young Lions Finland 2025, the AI Film Festival Dubai, FIAP, PHNX, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and she served as jury chair at the We Bendita festival.
