Olga Ermakova

Olga Ermakova is a co-founder and strategist at LUTA Creative Agency and has been working in the advertising industry since 2006. Previously, she held leadership positions at major Belarusian agencies, including CEO at Salmon, co-founder of Brama Branding, and account director at Efecta BBDO.

Olga’s portfolio includes successful strategic and creative projects for clients such as Aigenis, belbet, kufar.by, and “Pizza-Lisitsa.” Under her leadership, companies and projects have repeatedly earned professional recognition, winning a total of more than 200 industry awards, including the Red Apple, White Square, and TAF awards.

Olga has extensive experience serving on the juries of international and local festivals, including Mad Stars, Red Apple, White Square, TAF, the Effie Awards Belarus, and LAMA. In addition, she regularly speaks at industry events, including the “Advertising and Marketing Days” in Minsk.
