Konstantin Belyakov is an experienced creative leader with many years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. As a partner and creative director at Balagan, he oversees the development of creative concepts and is responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the creative team. Previously, Konstantin gained diverse management experience on the client side, successfully serving as creative director at S7 Airlines and marketing director at Dom RF Bank .
