Evgenia Arabkina is a recognized creative visionary and expert in advertising communications with 20 years of experience in the industry. As Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan, she leads the development of comprehensive 360-degree creative and strategic campaigns. Throughout her career, Evgenia has worked at major international agency networks such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Havas, led a wellness agency, and successfully relaunched Serviceplan in Russia, propelling it to second place in the creativity rankings.

Evgenia possesses deep expertise in the FMCG, digital, and wellness sectors. She has created large-scale projects for leading Russian and international brands, including Rich, H&N, and Durex, and her advertising campaigns have been implemented in Europe, the U.S., Brazil, and Mexico. Projects under her leadership have won more than 50 professional awards. She is a winner at the ADCE, ADCR, Golden Drum, White Square, Red Apple, and Effie. In 2021, Evgenia was named one of the top 10 creative directors in New Europe according to the Golden Drum ranking.

Evgenia is actively involved in international judging, serving on the juries of major global festivals such as D&AD, The One Show, LIA, and the New York Festival Advertising Awards. She also contributes to education by hosting the podcast “Ideas That Change” and conducting master classes at St. Petersburg State University and the Mads School, as well as workshops on creative states.
