Paul Rodríguez

Paul Rodríguez is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Federer. He is recognized for his ability to blend strategic thinking, creativity, and humor effectively. 

With over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing across Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, and the United States, Paul has held significant positions such as Planner, Creative Director, Interactive Director, and Managing Director at prominent agencies including Garnier BBDO, Ogilvy, BBDO Honduras, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Digitas (Publicis Groupe). He was also the former Senior Group Director of Performance Media at VML (Wunderman Thompson C&T North America).

Paul has been invited to speak at various prestigious events such as INUSUAL, the White Square Master Class, the Publicis Groupe Summit, and BBDO Regional Workshops, among others. Additionally, he has served as a jury member for AdForum PHNX, White Square, EFFIE (both in LATAM and Costa Rica), and FEPI Argentina.

His contributions to the industry have earned him numerous international awards, including Interlat, #LatamDigital, and EFFIE, among others.

In addition to his work in advertising, Paul is also a stand-up comedian, bringing a unique, human perspective to everything he undertakes.
