Every year, exciting new communication technologies emerge. Digital technology is changing the core of our industry. “Be innovative!” those who pursue the latesttechnologies exhort us. Others feel that technology is leaving humanity behind, and call for us to “Go back to humanity!”
But people are changing, too. We can’t go back to an analog existence. The answer lies in evolution. Not going back, but going forward to humanity. I believe thatdigital technology will make our brands and society more human centered. Digital technology infused with creativity can humanize our culture.
