Jury

Demian Campos is a Chief Creative Officer and founder at Wings The Agency. 

Demian graduated from Cuca Escola de Criativos in Brazil. His career began as a creative director in 2004. He worked at FCB, JMC Y&R, Contrapunto BBDO, Publicis. In October 2015 he became director of communications at Zaga Publicidad. After this, Demian was a CCO at Eliaschev Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT. 

In 2019 he founded Wings the Agency and became a president at Club De Creativos De Venezuela. 

He participated in many international and industrial festivals: Epica Awards, Bowery Awards, ACT Responsible, Caribbean Festival, New York Festival, Ojo of Ibero-America, Wina, Luum Awards, FIAP, LIA, C2A Creative Communication Award, Lápiz Creativo, One Show, D&AD. He was a member of the jury at New York Festival, PHNX, Lia Awards, Ojo de Iberoamerica, Fiap, Wave Festival, Caribbean Festival, One Show, and also a speaker 21 times. 

Demian has experience in teaching. From 2010 to 2020 he was professor of Creativity in Art Direction at Brother Escuela De Creativos Caracas.
