Camilla Bruggen
Camilla manages a busy international Data Insights team of 7 at one of the world’s leading media agencies. Key clients include Colgate, Tiffany & Co, Viacom, L’Oreal, Bumble and Beiersdorf. Camilla is responsible for end-to-end project delivery. Currently Camilla splits her time between 2 positions at Wavemaker. As well as her Data Insight Role, Camilla is the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Reporting into the Global Chief People Officer, Camilla works closely with the Global EXCO DE&I Champion to ensure that DE&I is embedded into the organizational fabric and culture at Wavemaker. Camilla manages a group of Global DE&I Champions, made up of local market CEOs, and key stakeholders who are committed to spearheading change at Wavemaker. She is responsible for delivering the DE&I goals and KPIs set out in Wavemaker’s Global Strategy. She works closely with WPP (Wavemaker’s holding company) to ensure that the Op-Co’s are aligned and interconnected to help deliver ambitious goals around gender and ethnicity equality.
