Have been in the marketing services industry for 20 years. Olesya started in 1998 as a freelancer on the first large-scale Pepsi and P&G projects in Russia. From 2001 to 2008 she worked at IMS GROUP, where she went from Account Executive to Account Director and moved to IMS-Marketing as Business Development Director. Since 2008 she has become a Business Development Director at Action with the functionality of an internal consultant for integrated marketing communications. Olesya is the author and co-author of a number of festival projects that have been awarded at Russian and international festivals, including MAA Globes, Effie Russia, Red Apple, White Square, etc.
