Maxim currently holds the position of Head of Agencies in the Facebook app and is developing an agency sales channel for Facebook & Instagram in Russia. Prior to his current job, Maxim was a COO at Dentsu Russia, also held the position of CEO of IMHO, was a Head of strategy department of Video International and was a CEO of VI Plazma. Many times had an experience of speakership at the events such as NAF, Effie, Izmeni Soznanie and many others festivals.
