Maria has been working in the communication group dentsu Russia for over 14 years. In 2006 she joined the team of the full-service media agency Carat (part of dentsu Russia) and worked her way up from assistant to CEO. Within the Carat agency, Maria was responsible for the implementation of modern technological solutions in client’s strategies, team development and seamless interaction with other dentsu divisions.  Throughout her career, Maria has been working with major Russian and international advertisers: Danone, Mondelez, Disney, Mastercard, Philips, BMW, OTC Pharm, Yandex, MTS, JDE, etc.
