Tatiana started her professional career in 2000 in Publicis Russia working with strategic international clients. In 2003, she transferred to the client side, taking the position of Marketing Manager in Dr. Oetker (Onken) German company. Having comprehensive marketing and strategic expertise, Tatiana then joined Rapp Collins TTL agency (DDB Group) and headed client service for over next 5 years. Since 2011, Tatiana has been holding the position of e:mg Managing Director. Under Tatiana’s leadership e:mg has been successfully re-positioned into creative marketing communication agency and become a sustainable leader on marketing services market being recognized as the Agency # 1 In the World (according to Globes, 2016) and annually top ranked in AKAR marketing rating.

Tatiana is a jury member of many creative and marketing festivals, both local and international, such as Effie, Globes, Silver Mercury, Golden PROpeller, White Square and also a regular speaker at professional conferences and events (Red Apple, Event Show Vedomosti, AKAR, RAMU). She was also an author and a presenter of ”Promotion and Advertising” TV show broadcasted on PROBusiness TV channel for 2012-2016 was awarded as Best Corporate Interview and Best Presenter at “Serebryanye Niti” National Contest of Corporate Media (2014-15). For 2018-2019 Tatiana is a co-author and a curator of Event Management educational course at WordShop Advertising School
