Founder of one of the most famous Belarusian advertising agencies Forte. Since 2001, the agency has become an affiliate of Grey. Received International MBA at Berlin Business School of Creative Leadership.  

Over the 27 years of her advertising career, she has created 2 media, 3 creative and 1 branding agencies. In 1998, she became “Businessman of the Year” according to the magazine “Delo” and Rotary Club, in 2007 she was called “Legend in Advertising” by the Association of Advertising Organizations of Belarus. Forte Gey has won over 100 diplomas at international and local advertising festivals. Last year, the Ministry of Culture of Belarus named the agency the Philanthropist of the Year.
