Elena graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI), Faculty of Statistics, and after that postgraduate study at the Department of Mathematical Statistics and Econometrics.

Since 1996 she has been working in advertising business. Since 2001 Elena worked as a Media Group Head in the media department of Saatchi&Saatchi Agency. In 2004, she moved to the MediaWest Agency. Elena worked with clients as Avon, Mars, GSK, BAT. In 2008, she was appointed as Media Director of the Agency. Since 2011, she worked as a Digital Development Director of VivaKi group. In 2014, she was appointed as Vice President of digital media VivaKi.

Now Elena is Chief Innovation Officer at Publicis Groupe Media Russia.
