Pavel is the dean of the Event Management faculty at the MACS Moscow School of Communication. He leads a team of sixty people in the agency Departáment New & Wow Marketing, which are engaged in organizing business and entertainment events, conducting non-standard actions and campaigns, as well as unique interactive role-playing events.
