Marco Monteiro, the Creative Director at FCB Brasil since 2017, is an award-winning and renowned advertising professional. With a career spanning 20 years and a degree in Art Direction, he came from TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles, where he worked as an Associate Creative Director for three and a half years on accounts like Nissan, Airbnb, The Grammys and Gatorade.
In Brazil, he worked at F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, AlmapBBDO and Loducca over a period of ten years. He was a member of the creative teams that won the Agency of the Year award at Cannes for F/Nazca in 2001 and AlmapBBDO in 2008, as well as the seventh place in the Independent Agency category for Loducca in 2011.
He has garnered the most important national and international awards, such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Profissionais do Ano and Clube de Criação. In 2001, Marco was the sole gold winner in the print category at the Young Lions Brasil.
