He started in digital (Ailove) and classic advertising agencies (Geometry Global, Leo Burnett), managed to work on the site side (Look at Media). He currently holds the position of Creative Director at RBC's internal communications agency.

Supervises the "Conceptual Thinking" course at the mads creative school. Ilya's students took a prize at the international Young Glory festival in 2021.

Key clients: Sberbank, Samsung, Porsche, Beeline, Huawei.

He was a speaker at the Best Cases Conference in 2018.
