Hasib began his work in the creative industry in 2005, in a local agency named Cogito. In 2008 he won a local advertising competition and became Young Lotus in Adfest Pattaya. From that moment he stepped into the world of advertising.

After Cogito he now works his way to sr.group creative director in one of the leading agencies of Bangladesh, Adcomm Limited.

In his Adcomm life he handled prestigious clients Robi, Unilever, AFBL, Teer, Marico and others and won numerous Local and International Awards for his agency. In 2023 he became one of the Jury member of the most recognized awards in the world, the Cannes Lions.
