Seyoan Vela is Chief Creative Officer Livinhgroom and Partner, specialized in start-ups and fintech.

His career began in 1993 at Lowe and Partners Worldwide. After this he worked as a CCO at St. Likes, Euro RSCG, Enter London, Grey, JWT, guzzle. Since 2016, he has worked at Livingroom in Dubai. 

He was a speaker at Madrid Mobile Technology Conference, EuroBest 2008 and 2009, Uprising and also a member of the jury at D&AD Jury 2023, D&AD Jury 2022, Cannes 2015 and many more.

He's a winner at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Dubai Lynx and Effie.
